Why these prices work
We Own the Stack. That’s Why Your Package Is Priced Where It Is.
Most agencies pay $99-$300 per client per month for Later, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. We built our own publishing infrastructure, so that line item is zero. The savings become your lower monthly rate and your deeper service. Here’s how the math breaks down.
Self-Hosted Publishing Stack
Posts, scheduling, and multi-channel distribution run on infrastructure we operate. No per-client SaaS tax passed to you.
Automated Content Pipelines
Content research, draft generation, and short-form video assembly use pipelines we built in-house. Faster turnaround than agencies writing every post by hand.
Website Maintenance Bundled In
Growth and Full-Stack include WordPress hosting coordination, SSL, plugin updates, and weekly backups. Agencies usually charge $150-$300 per month for that alone.
Analytics Built on n8n
Monthly reports pull from source systems automatically. No $50/month Agency Analytics license hidden in your rate.
GEO Monitoring Included
We track how your brand surfaces in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini responses. Standard social agencies do not offer this at all.
No Hidden Setup Fees
Onboarding, channel connections, and first-month content calendar are included. The price you see is the price you pay.
Platforms We Handle
Pick the Channels Where Your Buyers Actually Spend Time
Platform choice is a strategic decision, not a vanity one. During onboarding we match the mix to your audience, your sales motion, and the content format your team can realistically produce.
Visual brands, local services, retail, hospitality, fitness, beauty. Adults 18-49.
Local services, home services, healthcare, community-driven brands. Adults 30-64.
B2B, SaaS, professional services, recruiting, consulting. Decision-makers across US, UK, Australia.
Consumer brands with short-form video assets. Highest engagement among 18-29.
Educational content, product demos, tutorials. Reaches nearly every adult age group.
News-adjacent brands, SaaS, finance, marketing. Fast cycles, developer and professional audiences.

What Website Maintenance Actually Covers
WordPress sites fail quietly. Plugin updates break layouts. SSL certificates expire. Backups go stale. Our maintenance layer catches these before customers do. See the full breakdown on the AI Website Maintenance page.
Weekly Core and Plugin Updates
WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates applied on a staging environment first, then promoted after smoke testing.
Daily Automated Backups
Full site and database backups stored off-site for 30 days. Point-in-time restore available on request.
SSL and Domain Monitoring
Certificates checked weekly. Expiry alerts 30 days in advance. Domain renewal reminders routed to your inbox.
Uptime Monitoring
5-minute ping intervals. Downtime alerts within 10 minutes. Monthly uptime percentage in your report.
Security Scanning
Malware scans and vulnerability checks run weekly. Suspicious files quarantined. Admin logins reviewed monthly.
Performance Checks
Page speed and Core Web Vitals measured monthly. Image optimization and caching tuned when scores drop.
How It Works
A Five-Step Monthly Cycle
Every account runs on the same cadence so you know what happens, when it happens, and what you need to review.

Full Breakdown
What Do Social Media Packages Include?
Every agency labels social media packages differently, so a $500 plan at one shop is not the same as a $500 plan at another. Here is exactly what sits inside our three social media packages, split by the five categories that drive results.
Content Creation
Written captions, branded graphics, and short-form video are the content layer in every one of our social media packages. Starter uses templated graphics for cost efficiency. Growth and Full-Stack build each graphic from scratch so your feed does not look like it came from the same template pack as six other brands in your city.
Publishing Cadence
Cadence is where social media packages separate the serious from the surface-level. 20 posts per month on Starter keeps a profile visibly active. 30 posts on Growth hits the “a post a day” cadence that signals a real content operation. 60 posts on Full-Stack supports two-channel-primary brands with twice-daily output.
Audience Engagement
Posting without responding is half a program. Every tier includes comment replies, DM triage, and review responses on a schedule matched to the plan. Full-Stack adds outbound engagement — commenting on partner, customer, and industry accounts to build visibility beyond your own feed.
Website Layer
Our social media packages are rare in bundling website maintenance. Growth and Full-Stack include WordPress updates, SSL monitoring, weekly backups, and uptime checks. Standard social media marketing packages leave the website side to a separate contractor who often never sees the content strategy.
Reporting and Strategy
Monthly PDF reports ship in every tier, covering reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and top-performing posts. Growth adds a 15-minute review call. Full-Stack adds a 45-minute monthly strategy session plus competitive monitoring on three named competitors.
GEO Monitoring
Generative Engine Optimization tracking is included in Growth and Full-Stack. We check monthly how your brand surfaces when buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or Claude for recommendations in your category. No competing social media packages offer this today.
Choosing between social media packages comes down to how many of these six categories you need handled this quarter. If you only need publishing, Starter covers it. If you need publishing plus a website on autopilot, Growth. If you need the full outsourced marketing function, Full-Stack.
The Real Cost Math
Social Media Packages vs. Hiring In-House
The question every SMB owner asks before signing a monthly contract: would hiring one social media manager cost less than buying social media packages from an agency? The spreadsheet answer is almost always no, and here is why.
| Line Item | Hiring a Social Media Manager | Innovex Growth Package |
|---|---|---|
| Base salary (US median) | $56,000 / year ($4,667 / mo) | $1,197 / mo flat |
| Benefits + payroll tax (~28%) | $15,680 / year ($1,307 / mo) | Included |
| Scheduling software (Later, Hootsuite) | $99-$300 / mo | Included |
| Design tool (Canva Pro, Adobe) | $55 / mo | Included |
| Analytics (Agency Analytics or similar) | $50 / mo | Included |
| Video editing software | $30-$80 / mo | Included |
| Website maintenance (separate contractor) | $200-$400 / mo | Included |
| Management time (owner oversight) | ~5 hr / week | ~30 min / week |
| Coverage during vacation or sick leave | Posting pauses | Team coverage |
| Monthly cost (US) | $6,500-$7,200 | $1,197 |
When Hiring In-House Still Wins
Social media packages are not always the right answer. Hiring full-time makes sense when your content requires inside knowledge that cannot be documented — a healthcare brand with HIPAA constraints, a legal firm where every post needs attorney review, a product company shipping new features weekly that need same-day coverage. In those cases, the $7,000 monthly cost buys institutional memory that an outside team cannot replicate.
When Social Media Packages Win
For 80% of SMBs under 50 employees, packages win on three dimensions. First, flat monthly pricing is predictable in a way a salaried hire plus benefits plus tooling never is. Second, the risk of turnover sits on the agency, not on you — if the person running your account leaves, the operation keeps moving. Third, the bundled website layer in our Growth and Full-Stack social media packages removes an entire vendor relationship (the “I need to find a WordPress person” problem).
The Breakeven Point
Social media packages become more expensive than in-house only when your content needs exceed what Full-Stack delivers — more than 60 posts per month, more than 10 videos per month, and real-time response times under 2 hours. At that scale, you are hiring a team of three, not a social media manager. Below that threshold, every dollar invested in a package returns more than the same dollar invested in payroll.
Common Questions
Before You Decide
Can we change packages later?
Yes. Move up or down with 30 days notice. We prorate the first month’s billing so you only pay for the days on each tier.
What if we already have a website?
Growth and Full-Stack include maintenance on any WordPress site we can access. For non-WordPress sites (Wix, Squarespace, Shopify), we handle social and content and skip the maintenance layer with a $200 monthly credit.
How does the Website Build add-on work?
$2,997 one-time, delivered in 21 days. Fully waived when you sign a 12-month Growth or Full-Stack contract upfront. We own the build timeline and keep the social package running in parallel so your presence does not pause.
Who owns the content?
You do, fully, from the day it is created. Posts, graphics, videos, and blog articles are yours whether you stay on the package or not. All source files are delivered to your Drive or Dropbox monthly.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
Yes. We work with English-speaking SMBs in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. Pricing is in USD. All reporting and account management is in English.
What is GEO monitoring and why does it matter?
Generative Engine Optimization tracks how your brand shows up when prospects ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or Claude for recommendations in your category. More buyers are starting their vendor research in AI tools instead of Google. If your brand is not mentioned there, you are invisible to a growing share of your market.
Do you require a contract?
Starter and Growth are month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. Full-Stack is a 6-month minimum because of the strategy and competitive monitoring investment. The 12-month Growth or Full-Stack commitment that waives the Website Build fee is optional.
How quickly do posts go live after we sign?
Discovery call within 48 hours. First content calendar delivered for approval in week two. First posts live by day 14. We do not pretend to be instant because quality onboarding is what makes month three look nothing like month one.
Let’s See Which Package Fits Your Business
Book a 20-minute strategy session. We walk through your current channels, audit what is live on your site, and recommend the tier that matches your goals and budget. No sales pitch, no contract pressure.
